About me

My name is Kateřina Kozáková, and I am a registered dietitian.

I completed my Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Therapy at the Third Faculty of Medicine, Charles University, followed by a Master's degree in Adult and Pediatric Nutrition at the First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University.

During my studies and further professional education, I developed a particular interest in sports nutrition and eating disorders.

In my private practice, I primarily focus on sports nutrition, eating disorders, weight management, and nutrition in the context of health conditions and dietary restrictions.

I take an individual approach to every client. I believe that nutrition does not have to be based on restrictions, extremes, or constant calorie counting. What matters is finding an approach to eating that meets your individual needs and goals while also being sustainable in the long term.

My goal is to provide evidence-based, clear, and practical nutrition guidance that you can apply in everyday life, while helping you develop a healthier and more confident relationship with food.
